This hotel is in a good location, stone throw from Karon Beach. The hotel itself was very dated, but clean. In saying that the beds were comfortable and pool staff friendly. For the price per night I was surprised how dated this hotel was, but I feel the price reflected the location, which was ideal.

The hotel corresponds well to the 3-star category. The staff is kind, the room was cleaned every day. Very good quality, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion. I consider the food to be very modest, because after 10 days there was no fish food at any meal, except for a couple of dishes with shrimps. You can eat, but it's not what I expect when I'm in Thailand. A big minus was that when you arrived at the hotel, the staff did not wait, because it was not clear where the reception was, which turned out to be on the 2nd floor, and to get there you have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. It is about 150 meters to the sea, but you have to cross the street.The soundproofing in the rooms is very bad, you can hear everything they say and do in the room next door, but I was lucky with the neighbors, there was no noise during the night. I was in Thailand for the fourth time and the previous times I stayed in hotels of the Centara network, so I have something to compare it with, although it was several years ago and it is possible that Centara is no longer of such a good standard, however, I would not choose this hotel again.

A far from pleasant stay. The hotel rooms are spacious and well kept which is great. The location being 2 mins from Karon beach is amazing too however the front desk service, restaurant and bar service leaves much to be desired. Front desk cannot speak any English, did not provide any suggestions to visitors and seemed incredibly unhelpful, probably due to language barrier. There is one Nepali lady here though who is their superstar, put her on the front desk. The WiFi is SHOCKING in the rooms, and constantly drops. The breakfast is repetitive and the one night when I wanted to eat at the restaurant having just recovered from Thai belly, it was a ghost town. This place needs to do much work to resemble the great reviews of yesteryear. For now though, you’re much better off booking somewhere in Kata beach.

An actually great hotel but we can see it was hit by Covid, i think the most fault is the upper management not doing enough to renovate the hotel and add more staff, it is understaff so you cannot blame them to much, with a little effort from the top it can be a great Hotel, the location is super convenient, this hotel as great potential. The room was good except for the warm water in the bathroom. Breakfast is not very good, quite basic. the hotel was actually quite full so i don't understand why they don't invest a bit more for the improvement of it. Anyway we had a good stay, i guess it is the most important !

Amazing location, 5mins walk to the beautiful beach. Walkable to a lot of other cafes too. Service was not too great considering it is a 4-star. Firstly, check-in is 3pm which is late on its own! We reached the hotel by 2:30, and waited till 3:30pm for our room to be ready, so we wasted quite a lot of time there. The day time reception staff are friendly but, are not much of a help for tourists with regards to suggestions. (Airport transfers, medical related etc) Thanks to the night shift lady at the reception who arranged us a cab to the airport. Other than that, breakfast had very few vegetarian options compared to the other places. Lunch options were quite expensive. Rooms are spacious, but the knobs, taps, plugpoints were super old and quite rusted.
